How it works
Four steps to return your order
Find the return label in your parcel
Every order includes a pre-printed GLS return label with the nearest pickup point already selected.
Request a return in your account
Log in to your account, select the items you want to return and submit the request.
Wait for our confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email once we approve your request. That's when your return is ready to ship.
Drop off at any GLS point
Attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest GLS pickup point. That's it — nothing else to do.
Return label fee
The return label fee is deducted directly from your refund. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
